Prices are per apartment and based on 4 persons and based on 1 week-stay (from 7 nights). In high season (winter / summer) we rent our apartments only weekly. In the off-season the minimum stay is from 4 days (short stay surcharge).

 Additional Charges & Policies

• Extra guest (from the 4th person): €32.00 per person, per night
• Infants (0–2 years): free of charge
• Baby cot and high chair: available free of charge upon request
• Pets: €15.00 per night (subject to prior approval)
• Final cleaning fee: from €70.00 per stay
• Tourist tax (ages 15+): €5.00 per person, per night
• Short stay surcharge: 10% for stays of fewer than 5 nights

* Additional guests are charged for the full duration of the stay, equivalent to the main booking.

Beds are made up for the number of guests included in the reservation. Extra towels and bed linen can be provided upon request for an additional fee.

A bed linen set includes: 1× pillowcase, 1× duvet cover, 1× sheet
Bed linen rental: €35.00 per set / per person

A towel set includes: 1× towel, 1× bath towel
Towel rental: €15.00 per set / per person

Standard amenities provided: kitchen towels, dish towel, cleaning cloths, dishwasher detergent, 2 toilet paper rolls, and soap in the toilet.

Terms of payment:
To confirm a binding booking, we ask you to pay a deposit within 5 days.
The outstanding balance must be paid no later than 4 weeks before arrival.
Any expenses incurred for foreign transfers are at your expense.
We accept bank transfer and cash (on request, cash payments at arrival)
Any booking with arrival within one month, the entire amount must be paid immediately upon booking

Cancellation fee
With any cancellation, please send us a written notice.

In case of non-arrival, late arrival or early departure, 100% of the total rental price is payable
In case of change of family, you need to let us know or for further letting by us, a processing fee of € 50,00 will be charged.
